• All interior demolition & replacement done by Martin Concrete.
• 75 individual pocket blcok-outs had to be formed into the top of the slab.
• Top of press foundation required 5 different elevations and one section had to be within 1/8" in 60'.
• This work was accomplished in an occupied food grade facility. Propane powered troweling machines were utilized to maintain sanitary conditions.
