Kristin McKenzie

Kristin McKenzie, our VP of Employee Experience, brings nearly 20 years of expertise in the construction industry. She has excelled in various roles in business administration and management. Kristin joined Martin Concrete in 2013, initially managing MC Finishing before transitioning to become the Safety Director of Martin Concrete and their contributing companies. As Safety Director, Kristin along with her safety team made significant contributions to Martin Concrete and now maintains an award-winning safety program that is second to none.

Currently serving as the VP of Employee Experience at Martin Concrete, Kristin continues her mission to support and serve our employees throughout the company. Her dedication extends beyond safety as she also oversees HR efforts at Martin Concrete. Leading our People Team, Kristin ensures our company culture embodies our core values and fosters a family atmosphere where every team member feels valued and motivated.
