International Commerce Center

Located in Adairsville, Bartow County, GA, the International Commerce Center is a strategically placed 691,667 sq ft industrial complex designed to cater to the needs of corporate and industrial users in the region. With close proximity to I-75 in Northwest Georgia, it offers easy access to Atlanta’s massive distribution network and various amenities in the Adairsville area.

Facility Features

• Construction Elements: Martin Concrete was responsible for foundations, 689,000 sq ft slab on grade, dock pits and ramps, 114,000 sq ft dock apron, and 31,000 sq ft of dolly strip space.
• Exterior Paving: The facility includes 58,000 sq ft of exterior concrete paving.
• Tilt Panel Construction: Features 175,200 sq ft of 9.25-inch-thick tilt panels, completed by Full Tilt Crane Services, a Martin Concrete subsidiary company.
  • The front panels showcase a unique brick appearance using formliner.
• Batch Plant: MC ReadyMix, another subsidiary of Martin Concrete, set up a portable batch plant on-site to provide concrete for the project.
• Finishing: MC Finishing, a division of Martin Concrete, completed all finishing for slabs and tilt-up panels.

Thanks to the collaboration of Martin Concrete’s divisions and subsidiary companies, the International Commerce Center project was executed with efficiency and self-sufficiency, meeting the high standards demanded by modern industrial facilities.
